Villa Elsa
The apartment has its own large terrace with wonderful views of olive groves , orchards and mountains. The hill town of Palombara Sabina can be seen at the foothills of monte Gennaro ( 1269m) , an area which offers great opportunities for walking and birdwatching. Rome is only 30km away and can be easily reached by train in half an hour. The local station is 4km from the house and trains run every 15 minutes. The flat has a bedroom , bathroom , fully equipped kitchen and living room ( with double bed-settee ). The terrace is a real sun trap and in the summer there is also the chance to use our small pool in the garden. The apartment of 50 sq.m. is in the recently restructured attic , simply but pleasantly decorated, with wooden beams and tiled floors. The french windows open onto the large terrace , with plenty of space for sunbathing, eating - or even playing mini-basketball! In the spring the wisteria frames the view of Palombara.
