Los Praos
The house is near the beautiful village of Candeleda, in the "Sierra de Gredos", the highest mountains of the centre of Spain, in an area where orange and palm trees grow. The house provides magnificent views of the mountains and the Tiétar river valley. It is located 160 kilometres from Madrid.
Made of stone and wood, the house is a reconstruction of a rustic building and keeps the charm of a country house together with the comfort of a modern dwelling. It is built in the middle of a splendid meadow surrounded by oak and ash trees.
The house has 200 m2, with large porches to the north and the south, with swimming pool and barbecue. The house sleeps 6 people in 3 double rooms, including one which is a cosy informal suite with dormer windows. There are two bathrooms, 36m2 living room with chimney, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish-washer, fridge, etc. Hot water. TV. Heating and air conditioning in every room.
