The villa is in a quiet up market residential area of Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa is only 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma the capital of Mallorca. Santa Ponsa has everything one could wish for including golf courses, marinas and 2 beaches where you can find excellent water sport facilities.The property has a well maintained 1000m2 garden and a good size private pool and terraces with BBQ and drive way with carport. The property is very secure and has electric front gates.The villa is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which is a cove. The sea graduates slowly and is shallow; the sand is natural and fine. Sun beds can be hired from all beaches and there are water sport facilities from Santa Ponsas main beach. There is a marina too.
