Casa Noves Lledo


Set in its own four acres of grounds with stunning Valley views this light open plan airconditioned villa has its own private drive and entrance. The villa being just a short walk to a small village and a short drive to the beach. The villa is well situated to use as a base for attending the 32nd Americas Cup and its preceeding races.

The villa has a large (30' x 18') L-shaped swimming pool with a separate shallow children’s area, large lawn play area and barbeque terrice for the adults.

The villa, is situated on the Costa del Azahar, the ‘Orange Blossom Coast’ of Spain. Located just south of Valencia it is an ideal base for exploring the city without the noise and heat. The new motorway built for the 32nd Americas Cup puts Valencia's new marina and Europes largest aqua park within easy reach. whilst the regular air conditioned train service puts you in the heart of the city without any parking worries.
