Situated in the town of old Javea Jávea Pueblo, within 200 m of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants etc. To cap it all, it has fantastic panoramic views over the old town, mountains behind, old windmills in the distance, cape of San Antonio, and the sea!
The larger than average 13 x 5 m rectangular 'Infinity' Swimming Pool has Roman steps access and a built-in Jacuzzi. There is a pool-side bar with a sink and a freezer for ice creams etc. Off this, there is a power-shower and a toilet. Garden furniture includes a high quality outdoor sofa suite, sunbeds and high-quality wooden/canvas parasols. In addition there is an outside dining and barbecue area near the kitchen.
